Terms and Conditions of Hire

Terms and Conditions for Fire and Smoke hire:

1. Booking Confirmation:
   • By placing an order with our hire service, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
   • Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
2. Security Deposit:
   • A refundable security deposit is required for all grill hires.
   • The security deposit will be refunded upon the return of the grill in its original condition, less any deductions for damages, Cleaning or missing items.
3. Payment:
   • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
   • Payment can be made via credit/debit card or other agreed-upon methods.
4. Delivery:
   • All hired items will be delivered at an arranged location, date and time
   • Items will be collected from the same place at an arranged date and time.
5. Cancellation Policy:
   • Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup/delivery time will receive a Partial refund.
   • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup/delivery time are non-refundable.
6. Late Returns:
   • A late fee may be applied for grills returned after the agreed-upon time.
   • If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements.
7. Care and Use:
   • The hirer is responsible for the safe and proper use of the grill.
   • Only use the grill in accordance with its intended purpose.
   • Any damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper handling will be the responsibility of the hirer.
8. Cleaning Fee:
   • Grills must be returned in a clean condition.
   • A cleaning fee will be charged if the grill is returned dirty or with excessive grease buildup.
9. Liability:
   • Our company is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the use of the hired grill.
   • The hirer assumes all risks associated with the use of the grill and agrees to indemnify our company against any claims or liabilities.
10. Weather Conditions:
    • It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure suitable weather conditions for outdoor grill events.
    • Our company is not liable for any adverse weather conditions that may affect the event.
11. Insurance:
    • We recommend that hirers have adequate insurance coverage for their event, including liability insurance.
    • Our company does not provide insurance coverage for hired grills.
12. Jurisdiction:
    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction].
13. Changes to Terms:
    • We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
